startleberryI never share personal creations much, so I guess that now's the time and here's the place to do it. For a few weeks now, I've been meaning to come up with magician outfits. I wanted to do something a little more common fare at first, since I wanted something elegant. That was until I decided to listen to Aira Mitsuki while drawing... The result is under the cut.
This is actually part of his whole outfit, I've actually also drawn a jacket he's supposed to wear over the shirt, but then I started liking this shirt too much. I think that I'll keep the jacket as an alternate costume, since the jacket is supposed to be a dark color too.
My scanner really, really went to town on this and messed up most of the colors. I had to fix them a little in Photoshop.
I want him to be quirky and confident, as well as eccentric. I have a lot of things planned for him when it comes to drawing him and for ways of showing 'his' personality, but I'm still working on them and picking stuff.
In other news, I have a Pixiv account... I was actually considering posting stuff there yesterday, but the thought alone makes me nervous and I just don't think I'm worth it. We'll see.
